To provide you with the best possible service, we have listed some frequently asked questions on this page. If you have a specific question about your order or still have questions after reading this page, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Is there a warranty on toys?

We offer a warranty on toys if they have not yet been played with and are still attached to the card (as you received the toy from us). Check the toy carefully before letting your dog or cat play with it, check whether the squeakers work properly, for example. If your dog or cat has already played with the toy, we cannot find out whether it is a manufacturing defect or whether it was caused by the dog or cat.

I have a complaint, what now?

Contact us if you are not satisfied, we will be happy to find a solution together! Write a short and clear description of your complaint with some photos and/or videos that support your complaint. Don't forget to mention your order number and possibly which article it concerns. We will process your complaint as soon as possible.

My dog ​​is a wrecker, do you have strong toys?

We have a wide range of rubber toys and the so-called Durables with extra reinforced seams and without plush filling. But as previously described; No toy is indestructible and therefore we do not provide a guarantee.

Can I still change my order if I have already paid?

Unfortunately that is not possible.

Delivery times guaranteed?

We are dependent on PostNL and DHL for delivery, so delivery times are not guaranteed! In 99% of the cases, everything goes as planned, but it may occasionally happen that a package is delayed.

It may be busier than normal around public holidays, so please take this into account when placing your order.

My package arrived damaged, what now?

If your package (including item(s)) arrives damaged, always take a photo of the box and damaged items immediately. We will then file a claim with the carrier. We will of course resolve this with you.
