We are dependent on PostNL and DHL for delivery, so delivery times are not guaranteed! In 99% of the cases, everything just goes as planned, but it can occasionally happen that a package is delayed.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to let us know within 14 days of receiving your order via or send a message via the contact form. You will receive a response from us as soon as possible with the return address and further instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: the postal address is NOT a return address

We would like to receive the product or products in their original condition with attached card and/or packaging. You are welcome to view the product as you would in the store, but do not use it.

PLEASE NOTE: The right of withdrawal or the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days does not apply to business purchases.


Costs Returns

The costs of returning are for your own account. Keep your shipping receipt safe because it allows you to trace your return shipment. We are not responsible for the loss of your return shipment.

Please remember to include a copy of the invoice or packing slip you received with your order in the box, otherwise we will not know who the order belongs to and we will not be able to process your return.


Is there something wrong with your order?

If there is something wrong with your order, please let us know via or send a message via the contact form, we will be happy to solve this for you!



After we have processed your return (our warehouse staff may need a few days to process the returns), we will issue the refund immediately. You will usually receive the amount in your account within 3 working days. You will receive the payment back via the same payment method you used at checkout.


Exchange, is that possible?

It is not possible to exchange an item. Are you not satisfied, or would you prefer a different item? It is then possible to return (partially) your order and place a new order.
